In case of cancellation by the participant the fixed amount of 1,200 Euros or 900 Euros for the Express Formula of the fee is not refundable under any circumstances. In special cases (for example serious illness or injury) the amount can be kept for the next edition or for an other event organized by us.

Any cancellation must be communicated no later than 30 days before the departure date (beyond which the full amount will not be refunded) via registered mail to be sent to the following address: Moto Raid Experience – corso Piemonte 30 – 12037 Saluzzo (CN) – Italy or via certified email to mrexperience@pec.it.

If the event is postponed (for over 1 week) or canceled by the organization for any reason, the participant can choose between full refund or leave a deposit (minimum 1,000 Euros) for the next edition.
