The minimum deposit to confirm registration is Euro 1000. You have to pay the balance by 28th February 2023
In case of cancellation by the participant the fixed amount of Euro 1000 of the fee is not refundable under any circumstances. In special cases (for example serious illness or injury) the amount can be kept for the next edition or for an other event organized by us.

Any cancellation must be communicated no later than 30 days before the departure date (beyond which the full amount will not be refunded) via registered mail to be sent to the following address: Moto Raid Experience – corso Piemonte 30 – 12037 Saluzzo (CN) – Italy or via certified email to mrexperience@pec.it.

If the event is postponed (for over 1 week) or canceled by the organization for any reason, the participant can choose between full refund or leave a deposit (minimum Euro 1000) for the next edition.
